Your order will be shipped via MNG at your option if you are based at home, and via DHL if you are based in abroad.

The shipping charge is calculated according to the weight and size of the item purchased as well as the country of destination. An item that is custom designed to bear your name (such as a jersey that is custom designed to bear your name) can only replaced if the name or the number imprinted thereon is incorrect. Otherwise, you cannot replace any such item.

How can I return/replace an item I bought from any Kartal Yuvası (Eagle's Nest) store?

I have returned the item that I bought; when should I expect the relevant-amount-to-be-refunded-to-my-accountvant amount to be refunded to my account?

The price paid for a returned item is refunded within 10 business days after the inspection of the returned item and the and verification that it meets the requirements for return. The period of transfer to your credit card or account of the refunded amount depends on your bank, and our company is not involved in such process.

In the case of any deformation, the final decision as to the causes of deformation of the item, which is submitted to our warehouse for inspection, is made within a period of 15 business days as of the date of delivery of the item to our warehouse, whereupon the customer is informed of the results derived and the final decision, which action concludes the process.
